I had a 4 wheel alignment done to my car. The staff was very efficient and helpful and were willing to answer any and all of my many questions. Very pleased with the service I received and it didn't take long at all.
My wife got a flat tire on the 4th of July after running over a utility knife on the highway. No kidding. I attached the pictures to prove it. We were fortunate that Monro was open. After putting the donut on, I drove it to Monro. They immediately got us in despite being very busy for a holiday. The flat could not be repaired (as I expected) and our tires were due to be replaced soon so we ended up getting 4 new tires for a great price. Staff was courteous and quick. Courteous staff and good service but the pricing for the parts was outrageous. This would have been a five-star review if the price for the parts had been more reasonable. $253 for a $97 part, please tell me how that is necessary.
