HORRIBLE!!!! My first visit and absolutely my last! I paid $145 for an oil change, they did not rotate my tires or even check them to see if they needed air AND my car was FILTHY when given back to me! Oil covered my steering wheel, drivers door, push button start, etc. GROSS!!!!!
The worst Monro location I’ve been to. I paid for an oil change and tire rotation. After the service I asked if my tires were rotated and they said no because “they scored a close to end of useful life” (whatever that means) on their own test. Since when is it not beneficial to rotate tires unless they’re basically bald, which mine aren’t (photo attached)? Funny thing is, the gentleman at the desk was complaining to another customer about how they need to sell more tires during my oil change. Don’t go here unless you want to... read more
Nice people. Offered free small inspection and other small services. Have used for oil changes before and they rotated the tires with the oil change.
Repeat customer here, once again Brian was able to get me in and they found and repaired the cause of my slow tire leak. Friendly, fair, transparent and informative. Thank you, highly recommend!
