The whole experience, especially Brian the shop manager, was great from start to finish
I went there and they changed my tires. But the TPMS light was on, so I told the staff and they cleared it. They told me to come back if it happens again. When I went back, they said their machine is not compatible and directed me to contact my own roadside assistance. They didn’t help at all, but they took the money for the tires. They also said if I want a new sensor, I have to pay extra. I’m very dissatisfied — they were not helpful at all. I paid $416 for two tires, but this is the service I received.
