Was not happy with this location and wish I could give zero stars. My sister called and talked to John who told her that if she came in by 6pm on Monday 3/10/2025 she could have 4 new tires and an alignment done for my mother vehicle. When she and my mother arrived at 545 the older man behind the counter told them he clocked out and he would not be doing anything for them. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! About a year ago I went here for new rotors. The desk person claimed he could turn them and I wouldn't need to get new ones. I agreed. A month later I took my van back for an inspection. Was told my rotors wouldn't pass and I needed new ones. I told the desk guy he just turned them last month, why didn't he just get me new rotors then? Then he said they were close but they will pass this year but I would need new rotors the next inspection. So was he trying to rip me off or did he just pass a vehicle th... read more
I brought my BMW in to have tires and rims put on. They had trouble getting my tires off so they had to burn the lug nuts off, which destroyed the one rotor. They replaced the rotor for free. I have no issue with that visit. However, I brought my vehicle in to be inspected and to have the breaks looked at one month later. They tell me I need new breaks and rotors. The same rotor they replaced, has a huge dent in it. I told the guy of the previous visit and somehow it wasn't input onto their system. I don't keep the paperwork... read more
