Absolute worst automotive service business out there. Had to return five times to try to get an oil change completed and it’s still not complete. Going somewhere else I suggest never bring in your vehicle to this location. It is so poorly managed and something as simple as an oil change should not be this time-consuming I wasted a total of 3 to 4 hours. Beware not a place to do business with
I have been going to Monroe in Guilford for over 10 years.. At times, I didn’t want to come back because of the management But the I met Jerry.. All I can saw is, he has me for life! He is not just great at what he does but has a wonderful, caring personality..I hope he continues to be in the Guilford Monroe because as long as he’s here, I won’t look for another place to go.. DO NOT USE MUNRO in Guilford. Worst experience ever. Brought car in on Saturday and was quoted $1550.( just 4 front) I was told car would be ready at end of day. Nope. Wait all day Sunday. Told readyvat end of day. NOPE. My son sat in waiting room and watched other customers come in and get work done while his car just sat on the lift. Monday, my son had to Uber at 5am to Cromwell for work since he did not have a car. All day I was on the phone with mechanic. Finally car was done BUT PRICE now MORE, $200+ more. I would be very wary doing business with them. I went there for years, recommended the place to my family and friends. but i had two situations happen that made me think this place is a total scam (allegedly, in my opinion.) I had an issue with my car, and their quote was more than I was expecting so I said thank you and took my car somewhere else at a friend’s recommendation.
