DO NOT GO HERE. Maybe you will get lucky and have a decent service done. Doubtful though. We received our used Rivian from a dealer, site unseen (have done this with a dozen cars). After a day of having it we knew it needed an alignment as it pulled to the right and balancing of wheels as the entire car would shake around 65-75 mph. Brought it into Monro four days after receiving the vehicle. Charged us $225 and the alignment is literally the same and the vehicle still shakes at 75mph. Terrible biggest scam artists ive ever met, posted a groupon and tried to charge me an extra 90$ for an oil change. Crazy thing is they made it so you cant refund the groupon. Wouldnt even recommend this place to my worst enemy
