The staff was very knowledgeable and great to work with! I had a nail in my tire and they advised me to replace them for safety and my car thanks them for it! I was beyond past the need of an oil change and they didn’t judge and took care of it in a timely professional manner. Great service and great communication. Will 100% be returning for my mechanical needs and there is a lot I need done!
I unfortunately got a flat tire late Sunday afternoon. Fortunately I was able to get serviced very quickly from Monro Auto . I appreciate all the help thank you JJ!

Made appointment tech wouldn't stay to fix my car
had 7:30 am appt mechanic showed up at 8:30 the man behind counter changed my tires from winter to seasonal- never did a balance or put air in i had to stop elsewhere to fill tires why they had no business and menike across street was busy - along with dirty inside will never go back
