Went for tires, because of a desperate need to get them, took 5-6 hours of waiting for them to be mounted. Ever since tires were done the truck now vibrates going highway speeds. All 4 of my valve stems are slit and now leaking air. I called trying to get a fix a long time after the appointment and they told me it was old management that messed up, so they wouldn’t fix it, unless paid full price. Won’t even fix their mistake. Definitely not recommended

Worst auto repair experience I’ve had. Extremely expensive, and I felt pressured throughout the process. They wouldn’t let me take my car elsewhere after the diagnosis and kept asking for payment for the diagnosis and other charges. The communication was frustrating, and the pricing was far higher than expected. I strongly recommend getting a written estimate upfront and comparing prices with other shops before authorizing any work. I personally would not return.
Worst customer service ever, said good morning and the person on the other side of the counter looked at me like why was bothering him. Sad when your treated like your a bother.
