I had a 2pm appt to change 1 tire, I didn’t get seen until 4pm. The place is very dirty and the manager kept smoking cigarettes instead of moving the cars along. When my car was finished I paid cash and they didn’t have any cash in the register. The manager was nice but nice is not the only trait, you have to conduct business professionally and this place was not. They get a 0 rating from me
The staff was very knowledgeable and great to work with! I had a nail in my tire and they advised me to replace them for safety and my car thanks them for it! I was beyond past the need of an oil change and they didn’t judge and took care of it in a timely professional manner. Great service and great communication. Will 100% be returning for my mechanical needs and there is a lot I need done!
I unfortunately got a flat tire late Sunday afternoon. Fortunately I was able to get serviced very quickly from Monro Auto . I appreciate all the help thank you JJ!
Give these Monroe employees some more money or a bonus. They work hard!
