Front staff and mechanics very thorough and helpful. Quick service, and an extra fix for my sunscreen, with no charge. Inspection was very thorough. Moving to CT from MA I was disappointed there was no annual inspection required, and no helmet law. That doubled my auto insurance …lots of junk a the road and increased accidents. Monro helped with a very up to date inspection. MAH
Group of kids run the place. Manager was unprofessional and poorly dressed. It took 3 hours to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. I had to go back because one of the wheel weights fell off before I got home.
