They have horrible customer service and do not update you. Two days later they had not touched my car. The work they did the time before was over priced and poorly done
I will never bring my princess back here again . They are extremely rude especially that little boy in the front. It took two hours for them to change my oil & they ended up ordering the wrong filter. They did not notify me not one time the only reason why I found out about the filter is because I went in to see why it was taking so long. Forgot to mention the fact that whoever worked on my car left it smelling like a pack of bums. Never again!!!

I bought a car from Carvana that had serious safety issues and was sent here and I’m so grateful. Tyler is so knowledgeable, professional and kind. I knew immediate that there were problems with the brakes and the car was not safe to drive. I also knew that other issues like the tires were not as stated on the Carvana inspection list.
