Went in tonight for an oil change. It was clear that they had been overbooked for the night, but despite that, the person working the desk(who ended up being the only worker by the time I left) was very pleasant, kind, and patient with everyone in the shop. Once he was able to get to my oil change, I was out very quickly. Happy with the price and service, would use this place again. Please make whatever your booking process is kinder to your employees.
I originally booked an appointment for 8:00 AM, but was told it needed to be pushed to 9:30 AM—which I was fine with. I came back at 9:30, only to wait another hour while my car remained untouched out front. At that point, I decided to leave. I fully respect that their time is valuable, but so is mine. Went into check my starter. They did a great job when I when I had them do my brakes and they did a thorough check this time as well. Very honest, very reliable and outstanding work.
