Anthony asked all the right questions about installing my tires, I had some questions about my breaks. He reassured me there is lots of break pad left and the car looks good underneath. Recommended an alignment and explained why. Very kind and helpful. Great service!
I made an appointment two days prior. I called earlier in the morning to confirm. When I got here promptly at the appointment time, I was told that they had to finish up with one other car before starting mine. Asked how long that would be, the guy said “just leave the car with me and I’ll call you when it’s done“ again, I asked how long it would take and he was evasive when I pressed, he said “a couple of hours“. Went in for oil change and tire rotation . Had appointment at 2. When I showed up they seemed shocked I had an appointment and had to wait for the manager to get back 20 mins later. I watched them work on my car through the glass and they never touched the rear wheels to rotate them. Manager said you’re all set and I said they didn’t do all of my tires. He said yes they did and I replied no they didn’t I have been watching. The manager goes in the garage to ask the worker if he rotated all my tires and he had a very confused... read more
