Very friendly and personable staff. Arrived late for my appointment and was still taken right in. Technician also advised me of some issues he noticed while doing my oil change. I will definitely use them again.
I called them in hanover Ma. asking for shocks for my Murano, I was told they will call me back, a week goes by no call. I go there a week later and I wait 10-15 minutes for the gentleman to get off the phone and I’m told they will call me back with a price for shocks, so I leave. No phone call….so a week later I call them and the guy says he remembers me and will call me later today with a price and set an appointment if I need it. It’s been 2 weeks and no phone call. Awesome and Friendly! I stopped here because I thought I had a leak in my tire or something that was causing my car to wobble on the highway, they pulled it in immediately, put it up and checked it all out. Turned out to just be snow stuck in my wheel wells, the manager didn't charge me and had it cleaned out and said if it's not better we are here all day. Grateful for them being honest, I will go here for any of my cars needs in the future!
