Why does Monro charge extra costs for labor, disposal, etc etc when I get a coupon mailed to my house stating a $49 oil change, yet I get charged $66 for a conventional oil change on my Kia sedan when I get there? Shady
I had appointment today at 10:30am. I came in around 10:11 , the guy in the front tells me they might be not able to take me , I told him I can Wait with the vehicle As I took a day off, He goes back to the shop and talk to the mechanic Comes back after five minutes, Tells me The shop is unable to perform work on my vehicle, as it is too new for them , which is a 2021 Nissan Armada , They are un capable of doing oil change, and transmission flush , I drove 25 minutes just for them to tell me my car is too new for them to Kno... read more
