This place is a joke! I scheduled a waiting appointment for 10am. Was told it would be a few hours since they were behind and short staffed, no big deal. Called at 1pm they said it was in the shop and it will be done soon. I called again at 4, they said it should be done in an hour. I arrive at 5:30pm to find my car has not even entered the shop yet.
I had a fantastic experience at this auto shop thanks to the Store Manager, Kevin. He was incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating from start to finish. Communication was clear and easy, and the whole process was smooth and convenient. I was in and out quickly without any hassle, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you find service this friendly and efficient. I highly recommend!
