I normally have a good experience with Monro but this past service I was incorrectly charged a tire recycle fee when I was getting an oil change. Worse of all I was told they rotated my tires as it should be included in the oil change. I marked my tires beforehand and they were not rotated.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Monro Muffler and highly recommend them! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They answered all my questions clearly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Not only was the service top-notch, but they were also unbelievably fast. Manager was very helpful and courteous.
This place was great, they treated me with respect, was honist, put the car on the rack no charge for me and the person that was waiting, was concerned for saftey standards inspected my truck. Not many shops out there with integrety, I am thankful I met the guys at the shop.
Kevin is a treasure as it relates to customer service. He was attentive, provided education made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process of fixing my wheel bearings issue.
