I went for an oil change, which was great (and there was a rebate). They rotated tires for free and wanted me to get brakes. It was a good experience except the online reservation system didn't work for the second time for me.

I went in for a loud rattling upon starting the engine and accelerating, knowing it was an exhaust issue. They quoted me maybe $2000-3000, but he couldn’t complete the invoice because it was “maxed out.” He said it was for the exhaust from the engine to the back of the car and that didn’t include labor.
