I stop in for a grease oil change and tire rotation with a low tire light on..they pull the truck in did the oil change and rotated tires pull the truck out. Service guy comes back does my bill so asked him y no grease job his said there is on grease fitting on my 2021 chevy 2500hd truck . So i said i grease this truck my self and i know there's fitting .so then i ask him y they didn't put air in the tires after the rotated them he said they did and for go to the truck and check . I arrived at 10am and the service was not completed until 1:30pm. The parts took hours to get. The sensors on my brakes weren’t reset and now my truck has a warning light on for brakes. When I came back to have them remove the warning light the service manager said they can’t do that and to take it to a dealership. I called the dealership and it’s a charge and they advise any shop can reset the brakes sensor. I had the rear brakes done for $275 and the guy charged me $715 for the same service a few months later.

I was taken care of right away. The only thing I don’t like is they don’t give you a sticker to tell you your next oil change mileage or date.
