Monro in Depew failed our NYS inspection claiming the front brakes were “delaminated” and tried to charge $860 for new ones. Took it to West Herr the same week — passed inspection, brakes were perfectly fine. Either they’re incompetent or trying to scam customers. Won’t ever return.
Very helpful staff, they were professional and took us right away. We were a walk in for an overdue inspection. They had our SUV on the lift in a matter of minutes and the work was completed promptly and correctly. Keep up the good work Monroe. Thank you.
They were great at location on transit Road in Lancaster manager very friendly and nice. They did a good job.
Received excellent service. I highly recommend the Transit rd location in Depew. The manager Brandon was polite & courteous.
