I waited for the oil change. They performed all services. Topped off all fluids, rotated tires, and inflated them. Put in special oil. I had an appointment and the car was taken in within 10 minutes and was done before hour was over. The 9 year old suv sounded great and rode smoothly on full tires. Everything checked out okay.I received a written explanation of services performed. Thank you.
Had an oil change. Problem: there was a leak after the oil change and I had to return my car, Baraka Bennerson took care of things and no more leak. I was not happy at all with the automated scheduling. I had a missed call from Monro and when I tried to return the call all I could get was the automated voice - very frustrating not able to speak with a real person.
