Not a good experience
Took SUV in because of engine misfiring. Tech said it was spark plugs. They replaced and no change. Then they replace coil and still no change. Had to pay for spark plugs and coil and was told to take it somewhere else. Eventually got into dealership who replaced the spark plugs with the right ones and the car ran just fine. Wrong plugs installed by Monroe. No need for coil replacement. When I went and talked to manager Chuck he said he would refund the coil price.
