I needed new tires asap and they were the only shop that had what I was looking for and a last minute appointment available. The staff was nice but their prices aren’t the best. They have one thing on their website then when you go in they bare minimum explain it and you end up paying quite a bit more than you expect. I wasn’t disappointed in the service but was disappointed in the overall experience. I doubt I will return.
Visit #1: Highest recommendation for Chuck and the mechanics. No bullshit, just honest and kind. I appreciated the toasty warm waiting area even though it was 20 outside. (Front axle replaced, rear brakes and rotors replaced, oil change, tire balance and rotation, alignment.) Visit #2: My second visit for major work was also a 5 star experience. Service was awesome. I was in and out. They were efficient and didn't give me a hard time giving me a New York state inspection
I would like to thank Monro Muffler service mechanic Maurice Mack on Niagara Falls Boulevard for his friendly efficient customer service and military veteran courtesies. He went the extra mile during my New York state inspection on my Jeep Wrangler by pointing out and allowing me to personally install a new license plate light bulb saving both time, the cost of parts and extra labor charges. Not a good experience here. Nowhere near estimated cost. Poor quality workmanship. Left parts plastic wrapped under car, which melted in my drive home. Exhaust vibrates against the frame at speed, sounds like a jackhammer. Buyer beware
