tried to scam me to pay for new tires during my nys inspection. failed me for the first time for two front tires that were just changed in april and said they needed to be changed so i could pass, got new ones and returned and then tried to fail me again for one of my rear tires and tried to sell me their tires once again. spoke to my tire dealership who asked to speak to them and they refused and then went to another place for the inspection and passed with flying colors. 0/10 would not recommend
I came in for a state inspection. Before arriving and upon entering, my check engine light was not on. However, during the inspection, the light came on and the tech said it was due to an evap emissions leak. I’ve had this happen in the past when my gas cap wasn't secured properly. I was offered a $107 diagnostic, which I declined. They stated they’d reset the check engine light, but didn’t do so before checking me out, which added unnecessary steps. They give you one price and then do a bunch of other things, charge you for it and don’t tell you. Don’t go here
