I needed a NYS inspection. I had stopped at your West Seneca location a few days prior. They were a bit too busy to get me in, but Dan had suggested I try the McKinley location. I have limited time before work everyday so I can't get out everyday, but the day I stopped they were able to inspect my car. Delta Sonic quoted me a 2-hour wait. The dealership wanted to keep the car overnight. Independent shops needed an appointment a week in advance. But I needed my inspection done ASAP for a trip to Canada. These guys took care of me immediately, were polite and professional, and got me back on the road fast, I got back to work on time.
