“I’m leaving this review after my recent experience at Monroe Muffler Brake & Service. I called ahead and let them know that I would be bringing in my Ford F-350 for an oil change. However, when I arrived, they told me they didn’t have the right oil in stock. It felt like they just didn’t want to deal with servicing a larger pickup truck. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I hope the management takes note of this level of service.”
Amazing staff, Clem did a great job on my brakes. Everything was extremely professional and explained everything to me.
