I had my car inspected here this week. The desk guy was very polite. The inspection was done while I waited, & it was done quickly.
This Monroe has been my new little secret for getting tires swapped locally. They usually take me right away, are professional, and I haven’t had any issues with their work.
I called a specific location to schedule a appt. My call went to a useless Call Center where someone made a PSA I had zero interest in. He did not make me a appt. like I asked. Instead he started telling me pricing. I ONLY need to schedule a appt. Why, why, why do you hassle customers???
“I’m leaving this review after my recent experience at Monroe Muffler Brake & Service. I called ahead and let them know that I would be bringing in my Ford F-350 for an oil change. However, when I arrived, they told me they didn’t have the right oil in stock. It felt like they just didn’t want to deal with servicing a larger pickup truck. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I hope the management takes note of this level of service.”
