Very professional and listened to my concerns about pricing and even double checked in without it being pushy
They have fixed several tires for me lately in the same day. Friendly and affordable.
Horrible experience, workers showed up late, spent more time socializing with each other than working on cars. I went for a oil change tire rotation, 1 and a half hours to change 5 quarts of oil and a oil filter. Put my truck on a lift where you can't rotate the tires, then told me they didn't need rotated, how convenient. Serious waste of time, I had a early appointment so I could get on with my day and got stuck there for way longer than needed.
prompt service on road hazard tire. Managers Amy & Joe got m we back on the road with quick descions and great communication.
So far, I'm very satisfied with the service they provided on my daughter's vehicle. The customer service was great and they even gave me an additional discount because they had to keep my car one extra day for service.
