You order and make appt online for one price, then when you get to the shop all of a sudden it is "where did you get the price?" I said online when i booked. Then well the price is wrong, its 500 dollars more. The store in North Ridgeville did the same thing last year on another vehicle. Aint falling for this crap.Customer lost for life.
I was visiting Ohio from Indiana and had a flat the night before I was supposed to go home. The kind employees at Mr. Tire worked me in early the next morning and got me on my way. Superior service!!
Terrible. They had my car for four days and were unable to diagnose the problem except to charge me $1200 for brakes that were not the issue. Then the vehicle was stolen from their garage and their insurance company is trying to deny any responsibility. Don’t go there
