Called to schedule an AC recharge and was told to come in and had an appointment made. Upon arrival told they don't do that and I was misinformed. Whole thing was a waste of my time.
This was my fist time coming to this location, and the manager Aimee was absolutely phenomenal! Victor, worked on my car and is very knowledgeable and efficient. Overall, the customer care, concern, great prices, and the quality of their work is definitely first rate! This business goes above and beyond to provide you with the absolute best care for your vehicle. I would highly recommend this Mr Tire at Kamms Corner, located at 16420 Lorain Avenue.
Excellent service! I was a walk in and they did everything to accommodate me as quickly as possible. Amy found the tire I needed at another store and picked it up, kept in contact with me to give updates and let me know when my car was ready. Overall she just provided great service. Highly recommend!
