I typically split my car maintenance between a family friend, the dealership, and this monro muffler. I’ve been coming here intermittently for years, and the employees have always been kind, respectful, and timely. Today I had a small emergency and I was in the neighborhood, so I gave them a call. I swear within ten minutes of me placing the call, my car was up in the shop, being inspected, and worked on. Kind, friendly and knowledgeable staff made my last visit so easy and convenient. I needed a starter in my 2009 civic and it was done in a day! I’ve been going there for years and I am never disappointed!
I've been here 5+ times and have always been treated kindly. They show me issues without me having to ask to see. They've offered helpful advice, and go out of their way to explain things. They are often really busy which can lead to some things taking longer than anticipated, but they have earned my trust.
