I own the transportation company and stopped in to get a quick estimate for an extension tail pipe for one of my vehicles. I have been coming to the penfield location for years now. I will always go there for car services and will recommend them to everyone.
After 3 months of ignoring the noise coming from my back rotors I had finally decided to spontaneously get it checked out, I had assumed that they wouldnt do anything because I didnt have an appointment and just walked in the door but one of the guys came out, took a look, and then brought me back in for a quote and same day repair (I was in dire need of getting my rotors and break pads replaced), I also ended up getting an inspection and new front tire, really appreciate them getting me in and out same day and caring for my... read more
They were able to get my car in first thing in the morning to mount four tires for my new truck. Went fairly quickly. Thanks to everyone there.
