The service was done efficiently and quickly. It was just routine maintenance but it was easy and reasonably priced.
Make an appointment for a time and they can't honor it. Ask me to go to other location and still can't honor time agreed in appointment. Place is ran by a bunch of clowns... do you really want a clown to manage working on your vehicle. If a shop has the district manager running the register, there is a problem, then when the district manager does not care about keeping a customer, or honoring their agreement, it's a great example of how they will treat you at all aspects of your service needs.
