I just have to say, absolutely amazing people in here. Hit a bad pothole and was scrambling to find someone who could help me, i called Monroe auto and it took them no-time to do all of my tires, David the store manager, is absolutely a saint! Was able to get my car back on the road that very evening for a great price too! Honest and trustworthy work here. I recommend everyone come here for all your mechanical needs! Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. A day after the service, I noticed the overwhelming scent of oil while driving. Only to find that the oil cap had not been put back on after they replaced my oil. This resulted in oil everywhere in the engine bay. There was also oil pouring out of the bottom of my car. I was informed by multiple people that this was extremely dangerous to have been driving around and thank god I only found it a day after. I've been to this monro a few times before and felt screwed price wise which is why I was never a fan of these chain mechanic shops. I will say though David the store manager is the man. Normally I would cringe at a $1,500 brake job but David went out of his way to explain the cost of the job and why it was so. Even his main mechanic Brandon looked over my wife's car and made two suggestions for future repairs but didn't try to scare me or upsell me into getting them, he just said think about it for later but nothing to worr... read more
