Went in for an alignment and tire balancing. Walked away with my vehicle alignment worse than when it got there, when I asked for the spec sheet (something you get at any and every shop after getting an alignment) the manager said he didn’t have a printer so he couldn’t give me one so I ask for it to be email to me and just couldn’t provide me with any info on what was done. Had an emergency tire replacement; Nick the manager got me scheduled and did a great job.
The customer service was great! They went above and beyond to make sure that my car was serviced properly.
Nick got me in right away and took care of my tires, helped get me back in to take care of my cars maintenance and check engine light. Appreciate the service
