I booked an appointment at 4:00 and when I went I was told that they don’t see any appointment and already they are on their last appointment . When I showed them the confirmation then they said I need to wait for one hour and then to do oil Change might take additional time of 45 mins . If there is no appointment then why are you guys taking it ? It was showing appointment availability all the way till 5:00 . It’s a big waste of time as I went after looking at the reviews and drove 20 mins

After an unpleasant experience at another Monro location, I decided to go elsewhere and ended up at the East Hartford location. I had a great experience. The staff was professional, courteous, and very helpful. The store manager, Florencio Rivera, was very attentive and went the extra mile to ensure the service was completed properly and in the required time.

I was told the my service would be completed same day. Never received a phone call to let me know the price of service or what exactly the car needed. Then I had to call multiple time to find out what's going on. 15 before the store closed I call again and was told the car was not gonna be ready. No call or update the next day. So I called again upset and told them I would be there at 2pm to pick up my vehicle. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Monro Brakes in East Hartford. The staff was professional, courteous, and very helpful. Kenny diagnosed the issue immediately and took the time to explain what needed to be done and completed the service in a timely manner. I especially appreciate how they honored my warranty, even though I originally had the work done at a different Monro location that had since closed. Highly recommend this location if you want honest service and knowledgeable technicians!
