WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. As a Service manager the customer service was non existent. Arrived at my 9 am appnt on time. No front desk personnel..the service manager slowly made it to front desk with an attitude like I was causing inconvenience. Then advised me I had to wait behind 3 cars with brake jobs with no waiters but myself. As a 11 year Heavy duty Service manager it's ideal to do your waiter first especially if the job is quicker on a preplanned appnt. The shop looked disgusting... read more
Great service
The manager Florencio was AMAZING!!!!!! The best mechanic and person I have ever dealt with! He was informative, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. I will be coming to him and Monroe every time I need service to my car and I highly recommend everyone else too. Ask for the manager Florencio every time!!
