I recently dropped off a single winter tire at Monro for a TPMS sensor replacement. Because the a/c was broken, the shop was closed awaiting the repair tech. However, the GM was very pleasant and accommodating. He went inside and processed the job ticket so I wouldn't have to come back another day. The price was very reasonable. Went for an oil change since I had a Groupon and they said my brakes were so bad I really need them fixed. Brought it to Midas and they said they were perfectly fine which I thought so since I just got them replaced not too long ago. If you wanna get scammed for your money this place is for you!
My car stopped on the highway so I had the tow truck (another company) bring it here. Fast service, friendly staff, the manager, Nick, answered all my questions thoroughly and went into great technical detail. Even told me about a few nearby places where I could eat while the repairs were done.
Employees refusing to work sending customers to other locations to get their car worked on.
Recently had my tires mounted on new after market rims. Balance, alignment and rotation. Wheels torqued by hand to spec. Happy with service. Nick is very professional. No gimmicks like competitors like Town Fair Tire. Recommend this team.
