I came here to get my driver’s side headlight replaced, and it took 3-4 people just to figure out how to reach the bulb. That bulb went out again in about 4 months. When I returned, I mentioned they had recently done the work, so they replaced it without charging me. Less than a year later, the bulb fully fell out of the socket, melted the plastic around it, and ruined both the bulb and some of the surrounding components. To top it off, they never screwed the cover back in, so it fell somewhere into the front end of my car. ... read more
