I was a satisfied customer, but no longer. I’m taking my business elsewhere. I took the time to change my previous positive review to this negative one, which is something I almost never do.
I have a hole n my muffler got it checked there they said it was all good but my tires r bad which they r not
When I went there today the district manager was there Ryan he has always been great even before he was a district manager I was so happy to see him and knew I would get the answers I needed when I left he was gone and I had to deal with a really arrogant man with a deep voice I don't even know his name I've dealt with him before and he was the reason I said I would not go back to that store he has no need to be that rude an nasty and tell me that my lifetime warranty isn't a lifetime warranty when clearly I was told it was ... read more
