I went to Monroe to have my muffler tail pipe serviced. When the service person, who said he was just a salesmen, came outside and looked under my truck, he told me that I would needed catalytic converters. In addition, he consulted with the mechanic to verify his assessment. The mechanic agreed that I needed the service. I waited at least 15 minutes to see how much the service would cost. Zero professionalism. Tried to make an appointment a was hung up on multiple times. I will never ever attempt to do business with th ever again.my black dollar is clearly not welcomed here
The manager, Rob, and his crew accurately diagnosed the problems and fixed them all. All the staff were very pleasant and capable! Took us right in and got the job done right!
