I can’t say enough good things about this shop! The staff is friendly, professional, and honest. They explained everything clearly, gave me a fair estimate, and got the work done faster than I expected. Great experience start to finish, highly recommend!
Great service
0 stars. My wife’s tire has had a leaking valve stem for a few months. 2 weeks ago, I called to make an appointment to have it replaced. Appointment was confirmed for 10:00am the next day. I showed up there at 9:45am, with 3 kids, only to be told that they were booked for the day and that the answering service that handles their appointments (even during business hours) should not have made the appointment without speaking with the in-store associate. Jason and his crew have done right by me since I switched shops. Would recommend if you want honest mechanics who explain the car troubles to you in an easy to understand no-nonsense manner. Just not fond of the call center answering service. If I know what the issue is, it's nice to be able to talk to a service manager and get an estimate. The call center can't give that and there is no way to call the shop directly, so you have to deal with the call center to get routed through to the shop.
