What is the point of having an online appointment confirmed if you’re “…not going to have time to do it” and the whole parking lot and garage is empty
The manager is very Knowledgeable about vehicles and explains the situation very well.
I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt after nobody showed up for my wife's appointment but I scheduled an appointment today and no one was there. I called the number and the lady at first tried to sound like we had a bad connection and then she disconnected. I called twice more and was disconnected twice.
