They lost my keys. Refused to provide me a rental for the two weeks i was out a car. When they were done they charged me 200 for a wheel bearing which didn't even fix my my steering problem. And when I received a new key it was missing part of the key. It couldn't have gone worse.
Forrest and the crew were very knowledgeable! Great customer service. The location is great being right next to Dunkin. Definitely using this location in the future.
Bad service I booked an appointment and gave them all the details of the car and waited two and a half hours and when I arrived the employee refused to deal with my car claiming that it was big and he could not lift it and I told him that you do not need to lift it and you can change the oil while it is on the ground like every time but he refused and I filed a complaint with the person in charge of it and waited for him to contact me but unfortunately
