Showed up today at 9:15 because google says they are open. Doors were locked and signs were posted about closure and moving to 4010 vestal parkway as a mr tire. Teo mechanics can be seen working on vehicles in this supposedly closed store. I have a groupon of alignment and balancing that i need honored. Help!
I’ve received good service here in the past, but was disappointed at my experience this week. I arrived for an 8:00 am inspection appointment that I had made online two days in advance. I waited 15 minutes before being told that there would be no one there that could inspect my car until 9:00 am. I ended up making arrangements for a ride to work and leaving my car, but it was a frustrating inconvenience.
Cody and Todd were fantastic!! Great service and quick.
Very poor experience, the man behind the counter is very incompetent and knows little about cars. Uses poor language in front of customers and smokes in the lobby.
