A little over a year ago I had brakes done on my Hyundai Kona . A week ago I was hearing a whining noice coming from one of my front wheels. It turns out I had a bad wheel bearing and my front breaks were bad. The manager at the New York Mills Monro suggested that I have the dealer check out the bearing which I did . Happens that it was covered under warranty. I went back to Monro and the manager Joseph covered my brakes under warranty as well. There are honest people out there who don't take advantage of their customers.
I would not give this place 1 star, but have too, because I, feel it is Significant! Two of the worse Grumpy Men sitting @ the front desk. I walk in… they point a finger demanding me to move my car. Mind you, at 9;00 in the morning was not busy at all. I hurried, had doctors appointment. Just wanted to see, if they do Inspections. They continued , move your car. You know why you got this review as 1 star. I took an appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation at around 70$ Then charged for things I did not ask for and should have been complimentary if it was not asked for. Tires never rotated and over-charged with bs excuses as to why.
Excellent service! Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable and Tori does a great job
