Had my tires serviced here and the staff was friendly and efficient. They took care of mounting 2 tires for me and the alignment was spot on. I had a positive experience with all of the staff and the shop manager. I will definitely be visiting them for all of my vehicle services including tires, oil changes and brakes.
I took my 2013 Ford Edge here for a water pump replacement back in February. The repair requires a timing chain replacement. Was told the car was repaired received it back and the check engine light was on, car idling roughly, trouble with acceleration. Left it with them for a week, called again to pick it up same problem. Manager told me that they didn't replace all the parts in the timing chain kit and it would cost me and additional $1500 after I just paid $2300 to have it repaired.
