I took my 2013 Ford Edge here for a water pump replacement back in February. The repair requires a timing chain replacement. Was told the car was repaired received it back and the check engine light was on, car idling roughly, trouble with acceleration. Left it with them for a week, called again to pick it up same problem. Manager told me that they didn't replace all the parts in the timing chain kit and it would cost me and additional $1500 after I just paid $2300 to have it repaired. Very helpful and kind staff
This is second time, I went, I had best experience first time and reviewed. This time story is different. I went to check brake pads if they need new ones. they recommended to replace rear pads and I did oil change which includes many activities. I scheduled slot in two days from inspection day. my wife took vehicle and they led her waited for 2+ hours by saying technician went for lunch , the car was in garage(repair area) after certain time my wife was told technician is left for day and unable to reach him.
