I was regular in this shop for years. The service is getting worse. Technicians are not doing all job requested and telling that they did it (tire rotation) on couple of occasions. Also they are not paying attention (did not put back the oil cup which resulted in oil spill all over the engine). I am not going back.
My experience at Monro was great, I had got a flat tire on my trailer and was stranded an hour from my shop without my spare or jack, Aaron who works at Monro went above and beyond what people do nowadays to help me get back on the road , if it wasn't for him, his great attitude and his concern for my situation, my bad day would have gotten much worse, thankful for him and his willingness to help me in a tough situation.
I needed a tire replacement and an oil chagne. The team was able to get me scheduled quickly (next day), and the work was done right. I'll definitely return to Monro Auto for my vehicle's future servcie needs.
