Got my tires installed here two years ago and they were super nice then and then just this past week I was in a pinch and had something in my tire and they were able to accommodate me right away and patch my tire up. Everyone was super nice there and I appreciate them helping me out in an emergency situation!
I've taken my cars to Monro several times over the last few years and I've always been happy with my service. They're timely and responsive, often giving honest advice rather than trying to sell you something. Just had my car in last week and Sarah was fantastic to work with. Would recommend!
Highly disappointed in their customer service. I've been here before to have a tire put on and figured I would give them a try with my winter tire swap and a wheel alignment. The morning of my 10am appt I get a call from Aaron saying they have an illness and they will not be open for my appt. He left his cell for me to text back to reschedule. I texted him and we setup my service at 4pm later that day. I show up and after my 40min drive get told that they can't help me. The guy that was there said they are closed and unsure ... read more
Sarah was wonderful to work with and able to explain what my car needed. She was transparent and educated me about my brakes. Highly recommend!
