With out making a long story out of this, dont go here, I went in to fix a tire leak and they told me I needed a new tire to the tune of $166, ran it right across the street and got it fixed for $30. Not hating on them but just another dishonest retail shop!
This was a great place was going to another monro and had a horrible experience so I went to West Main St and it was totally different experience got me right in and did my oil change in a reasonable amount of time. Manager was super nice and because of him I needed a few more things done and he suggested this finance program that you can apply for and it helped me to get the work done that I needed. Thanks again will definitely go back for oil changes in the future.
I had my rear brakes and rotors replaced. Customer service and service was exceptional.
They were on time, courteous, and they explained and showed me what I did and didn’t need. Their price was reasonable they didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Highest praise.
I arrived there through a recommendation from a family relative to receive an oil change . They completed the task in a timely manner and was very professional about their services
