I went to auto zone to get a battery replaced, and they were unable to disconnect my old battery. I was frustrated and nervous that it would cost me another arm and a leg, but I went across the street to Monro, where I had previously gotten a great deal on brakes and the manager helped change my battery at no cost at all. 10/10 service, and quick! Would recommend in a heartbeat.
With out making a long story out of this, dont go here, I went in to fix a tire leak and they told me I needed a new tire to the tune of $166, ran it right across the street and got it fixed for $30. Not hating on them but just another dishonest retail shop!
This was a great place was going to another monro and had a horrible experience so I went to West Main St and it was totally different experience got me right in and did my oil change in a reasonable amount of time. Manager was super nice and because of him I needed a few more things done and he suggested this finance program that you can apply for and it helped me to get the work done that I needed. Thanks again will definitely go back for oil changes in the future.
