I had an urgent issue with my car and pulled in as they were still open. The guys were friendly and got me back on the road fast. Specially appreciative that I did not get "stupid girl" treatment. 10/10 do recommend
As I waited for an inspection I observed the kindest customer service ever by Jeremy who carefully explained options to other customers- Jeremy obviously genuinely cared about the people! All was good for my inspection and they took pictures of things to be aware of down the road...I will be back, down the road! Thank you Jeremy!
The staff were so amazing. They were short staffed but still offered to help me and the wait was very reasonable. Highly recommend this location!
All around one of the best auto mechanic shops in ithaca, if not the best. Highly recommend this location, especially for those debating between going to Hunts or elsewhere.
