Kind and amazing mechanics. Had a nail in my tire that wouldn't make it over night. After calling 4 different tire shops, all were unavailable due to being booked. However, at Monroe they told me to drive down with no hesitation. They took off my tire, installed my donut. Took the time to search different warehouses to find my specific brand tire, as I requested exactly what I wanted. My final answer is I don’t recommend them. It’s took them 3 weeks to figure out what was the issue on why my car was vibrating and they had lifted the car up several times and did test drives to find out what the issue was. Then they called the district manager asking for advice a call on the issue, only to look one last time on the lift after they took out the under carriage cover to see that the issue was an axle. Needed my two back tires replaced. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Ended up with a good price and didn’t have to wait too long. And someone gave me a Lidnt chocolate bar! Will definitely be back.
Lead mechanic is disrespectful for no reason my guy asked me to move so he could park I miss understood and so he decided it was ok for him to cuss and be loud/ disrespectful because of this if you hate your job find another place to work at don’t be rude for no reason because someone misunderstood you clearly hates his life or has anger issues
