Scammers! AVOID! Suspicious vibes all around. After I left Monro auto services and tire in Lowell, MA to get a battery replaced elsewhere, my car tire light went on. Supposedly they had put air in my tires which I asked them too, along with an oil change. If anything else goes wrong with my car I will update. The energy feels really off, dishonest and unprofessional. Thank god I didn’t get anything else done there like brakes or the battery which they didn’t have and were supposed to according to their inventory…hmmm…. I do ... read more
Excellent service for a difficult repair. I had a broken flex joint. The new part was not made specifically for my car, and my exhaust system was missing one of the four catalytic converters. So the crew had to spot weld then adjust it then fully weld it. They were able to fit it perfectly with the new converter. Very good work.
