I can't say enough good things about Monroe Auto Repair & Tire in Lowell. I was a woman in complete distress after accidentally destroying my front right tire when I misjudged a U-turn and hit a curb. I pulled into their lot with a completely flat tire, stressed and worried, especially since I live about two hours away in Maine. If i could give zero stars i would. HORRIBLE customer service. Seen me standing at the counter multiple times and refused to come over to help out. Instead, they were texting and blasting obnoxiously loud music. Stay away from this location. I ended up never receiving any help and walking out after 10 mins of waiting for help.
