Quick and efficient. The front door and online sign up’s for appts state they start at 7:30. They actually are not open before 8;00.
I bring all 3 of my cars here for tires and oil changes. Always courteous and accommodating.
I have been to many shops in Kingston and here in rhinebeck. This Monroe location in Rhinebeck, whose manager is Anthony, is the only place I will now go to. I am 78, a female, and have been taken advantage of in every shop except this one. Anthony is the most honest, professional, and nicest person I've ever met! He tells me exactly what I need for my car repairs, and will often tell me if it's not worth repairing, in my case an old jeep. I trust him implicitly!
Justin was very courteous and answered all my questions.
