I went in 2 Saturdays in a row and my car still was not fixed when I left. I went to the dealer, not only did the dealer fix my car, but they also fixed the mess Monroe made: the front calipers where installed incorrectly causing the hose to collapse and the car to pull when breaking, and the heat-shields' hardware was either loose or missing - and this was after asking Monroe two times to have this fixed. Also, the cost of having the dealership do the work was two thirds less than what I paid Monroe.
Extremely poor customer service. When I called to find the status of my car service, the person was not answering in a professional way. The needed part was identified on Saturday at about 3 pm and I called on the following Monday at 9:09 AM and 10:45 AM, the person was not able to tell about the availability of the part. I've had several dealings with this store all have been positive. This is the best store for car care with very reasonable pricing. From the management to the mechanics its a top notch operation I would and do recommend them to anyone who needs work done on more than just their tires. Thanks guys for all that you do.
