Exceptional service. I had a slow leak and called for an appt, but they said no appt was needed. I popped in today and they had several cars on their hoists, but they took my car in and within 20 mins it was resolved. Efficient and very nice people.
I’ve been getting my car inspected here for the last three years. The technicians have always been nice to work with and willing to explain any issues that arise with my car and even show me in person. Thanks guys! Will be back!
My husband and I both needed a state inspection. We had an appointment at another place but their inspection machine was down. Sully the manager was very kind and understanding, he was able to squeeze us in. The staff, especially Zay, was very professional and timely. We will definitely return to Monro for our car needs in the future!
Good, honest mechanics. I brought my new-to-me 2014 Jeep Wrangler in for a rear brake job and brake fluid flush. After starting the flush, they noticed the fluid was clear, meaning it was just recently done. They stopped right away and only charged me for the pads and rotors. Very pleased overall, and the new brakes work well.
