I came in for my registration and got great customer service. I was informed that I needed a repair on my car, but they let me leave after rotating my tires and not charging me anything for that service. The quote I got for the repair was half the price of an another competitor. They did an excellent and timely job on the repair and I’m very happy with the service I received.
My oil light came on Tuesday, so I stopped to have them check it. They couldn't get the hood open and it was near closing time, so I made an appointment to come in Wednesday when they had more time. It took them a long time, but they were able to repair the hood and change my oil. Their service was EXCELLENT, but the corporation's system for making appointments was extremely frustrating!
