Decent shop for brakes and general automotive services. I recently had a set of new tires installed. Overall I am happy with the service, however I was disappointed that I requested the white letter version of the tire and didn’t know that the black wall version was what came in until I got there to drop the truck off. I had them do the install anyway as we're on the verge of winter and the tires needed to be replaced but I would have liked to have had previous notification so I would not have had to make a last minute decis... read more
Quick, thorough and polite service. Highly recommend!
My car was stopping and starting by itself when I used my automatic starter. When I got into my car all the lights were on indicating that everything has a problem. I barely made it into the parking lot of Monroe and they quickly checked it out and told me to come back in 2 hours. When I got back I was pleasantly surprised that everything in my car was all fixed. The service was prompt and friendly I would recommend Monroe to anyone
Had brakes replaced
Basic brake job, pads and rotors, turns into a month of my car being messed up and $1500 later. First, smoking from the brakes! A noxious odor and tons of brake dust around my rims. Then, the caliper they said they fixed starts to seize and they charge me an extra $600 to replace it!! I had just replaced it 3 years prior. They weren’t even old. I chose it for location convenience but never ever again…. This shop takes advantage of people and I’m so mad I trusted them
