I have being dealing with monroe for 10 years. The last 2 times i had to wait 2+ hours. Had an appointment for 8am today and was told he had no techs and could not do the oil change until 9 or 10am. I drove down the street to their competitor and they took me right away without an appointment. Never again will I deal with monroe.
Made an appointment a week in advance and still had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. Booked my appointment with a Groupon for oil change and tire rotation and was charged triple what I should have been without prior notification and they didn’t perform the tire rotation. Total bait and switch and was surprised as we have had great experiences there in the past.
