I went in having a bad day because my jeep was smashed up, and I needed help with a tire. Made an online appointment, showed up 10 mins early, and they were able to take me early. I was in and out, the service advisor was super friendly and the service tech was very professional. I went there because of the convenience, but I'll be returning because if the experience. About two months ago - went in for a scheduled tire dismount/mount. Arrived at my appointment only to hear that the tech. had just quit and drove away. My grandson just went there for a scheduled alignment on his 2021 Toyota Prius; upon arrival he was told the car was self aligning and nothing they could do. In the first instance - believable, the second... an outright lie - this shop can not be trusted with working on cars, certainly not a place I would trust - and I've heard that from other non-competing shops. Went for an oil change. 1st the didn't have the oil I needed so upcharge for higher grade. Which no other options. So I pay the 100$ only to see a puddle of oil in my drive way days later.. turns out after having it looked at. They never tightened the drain plug! This cld have cost me an engine. If I wasn't observant.I mean that's basic oil change 101... do better..
I have being dealing with monroe for 10 years. The last 2 times i had to wait 2+ hours. Had an appointment for 8am today and was told he had no techs and could not do the oil change until 9 or 10am. I drove down the street to their competitor and they took me right away without an appointment. Never again will I deal with monroe.
