Had an oil change with the some surprise issues regarding my oil pan that Jen and Paul quickly addressed and provided me with options for temporary and permanent solutions and had me back on the road fast.
Had a relatively ok experience with them with an oil change, they overfilled my oil but with my car a lot of places make that mistake- wasn’t that big of a deal and they got me in at my scheduled appointment time. Scheduled an appointment to get two tires replaced and it took 3 hours from my appointment time because they took someone else before me at my appointment time. Very kind and efficient, helped us when we were in a pinch with an hour before closing. Highly recommend!
If I could leave zero stars i would. Monro destroyed my vehicle and the manager blatantly lied to the insurance company to save face whom decided to take his word for it. My vehicle had zero issues. Transmission gets serviced. Two days later transmission suffers a catastrophic failure and IM now on the hook for the $5000 bill because their manager is a LIAR. save yourself the headache.
