Was chewed out for calling and making an appointment instead of coming in to make appointment. DID NOT AND WILL GET ANY WORK DONE AT THIS POS STORE. You need to hire polite people that put the customer first! I wouldn’t go to any of their stores
Great place will use them in the future
The 2 cars in the garage and the couple sitting in the waiting room must have been too much for this team of All-Stars to handle. I arrived for a 5 pm appointment and even though I was seen by the employees from the garage, no one came to the front counter. After a lil over 10 minutes I left. Another gem business in the Canton community.
Mark and Todd were fantastic! They were both very kind and I received excellent customer service. I am especially thankful to Mark for going above and beyond to make sure my service was top notch!
