Went to Monroe as a local business to assess a leaking tire. It was a nail in my tire which they immediately repaired. Total honesty from staff with no salesman like attitudes to buy new tires or pressure to pay for additional services. Extremely friendly. Professional. 100% Satisfied.
These employees are hilarious, fun yet professional. I think they get a feel for you, and try to match your personality. I'm a "Laughter is the best medicine" and "Take or make a joke because it's a joke". I may have made their day, and I had a liquid spill in my boyfriend's car lord forbid! Needed a rag, got one to take. Clean and organized. Memo: where in the heck is the Oil Change Sticker? My boyfriend freaked out, but good thing my dad raised me like a boy...
The young mexican guy and the other white guy did so good, they have a very good customers service training. The way they did to me really made me smile
