Friend of mine wanted only an oil change and a tire sealed. They gave my friend what he asked for, then did more work without their approval. Don't come here unless you tell them ONLY what they are permitted to work on, NO EXTRAS.

Went for an inspection at 730. The employee Mr. Maxam asked if I had been called as the inspection guy was held up. I said no and he apologized sincerely. He asked if I could reschedule and he got me back quickly. He was very friendly and efficient.

Booked a appt for inspection 1.5 hours via Monro answering service. Got a call from manager 5 minutes before appt telling me appt was not reported to him until 5 minutes before appt, so he cancelled. If your going use an answering service too book, make sure that appts are actually open. I drove 30 minutes for appt. Not an apology or anything. Bad service. .
