Today, Brandon and his team did great work on my car. I was at Monro because I bought new tires online at Tire Rack and they sent them to this Monro location. I also needed a state inspection. These guys brought me into the bay and showed me everything going on with my car while it was up on the lift. There were only a few things, but we discussed options and they took care of everything for me. They built trust today by providing both great service and value. 2 year update!! My car was seen again and Jake on his day off came in to work on my car to see that the car got done. I don't know where this company gets them but even the new Manager at the location is just TOP NOTCH. I am in customer service management and heavily critique service and I have to say, there is truly no flaw to find with the team they have here on Queensbury!! Monro Auto Service and Tire centers is the place to be for all your cars needs. The guys that are working there are very knowledgeable about what they’re doing, you can always rely on a job well done. Will definitely going back to get my car looked after in the future, thanks for all you’ve done.
AWFUL and unqualified mechanics. Will NOT be coming back. “Brandon Card” was my mechanic who costed me over $1,000 in damage to get my car repaired at DIFFERENT mechanic shop AFTER he worked on it. When I came to pick up my car after just getting new rims put on, all of my struts and lug nuts were completely stripped. The dealership who ended up fixing Moreau Tire’s error (Honda in Saratoga Springs, who are extremely educated and have incredible mechanics!) was able to fix the damage (again for a hefty price).
