I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We were over an hour from home, our tire was hissing our air. Town Fair Tire turned us away immediately, wouldn't even look at the tire. The guys at Monro were so kind, they were able to fit us in straight away. We weren't even waiting for an hour before the hole in the tire was plugged. The guys there are just awesome!
I dropped my car off for an oil change at open (730am). I was told it would be ready within two hours. It took five hours. They didn’t even call me to let me know it was done, I had to walk over to the store. They were already on thin ice because they messed up plugging a flat tire and I had to go back the next day. I have been going to this location for years. I will be taking my business elsewhere
