Was told I would have my vehicle back by end of day sat July 12th. Went to shop to see what's going on since at this point my vehicle had been in there possession for 24hrs also noone was answering the phone at this time. This is a review of a specific and exceptional employee at this Monroe location. **Mr. Ken Byington** has been servicing my car -- 2005 Honda Cvc, LX -- for over 2 years. I called in desperate need of a last minute oil change. Ken told me to come in anytime after I got off of work. Upon arrival, Ken greeted me and my son. He introduced himself and asked me my name. He was very prompt. He made me aware of the estimated wait time. He reassured me that he would get me in as soon as possible. He offered my son his McDonald’s chicken nuggets and apple slices. After taking our Jeep to another service center that could not correctly identify the problem we were having, we decided to go to Monro. After talking to Ken B. and discussing the problem, Ken took the time to identify the problem with our Jeep, and the additional time needed to correctly fix said problem. His dedication in fixing our problem will make us a customer of Monro going forward. Excellent work done by Ken!
