Great friendly fast service. Traveling across the PA turnpike and got a flat tire. This location was great helping me out.
All four of my brake rotors and pads were worn out. I had all four rotors and pads replaced quickly and correctly without a previous appointment. I did have lifetime brake pads from Monro already so it was only labor for replacing the pads that I paid for.
I have had several experiences with this shop over the past seven years, originally great, then not so good. I returned there this week after a couple years going elsewhere, and this excellent review is specifically for Ken. He is competent, works his tail off, and patiently explains diagnostics and labor and parts. I had a great experience at Monroe, thanks to Ken. He did an excellent job on my vehicle thorough, honest, and efficient. It's hard to find mechanics you can trust, but Ken really came through. I highly recommend asking for him if you want the job done right.
