I had a good experience with having my vehicle serviced here for an oil change a few weeks ago. I bought a Groupon coupon which included a free tire rotation and break inspection. Overall, I walked out paying about $42 for uncovered costs which is understandable as the Groupon does not cover everything. I had a flat tire and needed to be towed. I called them and even though they were understaffed that day, the manager was able to confirm that they had an appropriate tire in stock and they would be able to work me in. So I arranged to tow to their shop. Clear communication about expectations and schedule (while I was waiting staff members told some others who had more complicated work that it would need to be completed another day).
