Rich was very helpful, they were able to get me in same day to get my brakes replaced and had them finished before the day was even over. Great communication throughout the whole process.

I was in town for a wedding and got a flat tire. I went to the location next door to my hotel and they didn’t have the tire I needed, but called their location 5 miles away and they had to ready to go. It was quick and fairly priced and I was able to get on the highway to get to the wedding. All of the employees I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable.
Stopped in to see these guys on a recommendation from a friend and man am I glad I did! Had an issue with my muffler (a little on the loud side) they got me some new parts for it and now I am quiet as a mouse :) Great service at Monro! I will definitely be back when I need something done. Jeff was an absolute help in getting me the right stuff for the most cost effective price, explained everything in detail too! A+++ store fore sure
