My son unfortunately had to go here to get a belt replaced. The cost was over $475.00 originally. My son was able to purchase the part for less than $40 and they replaced it for a labor cost of $278.xx. My husband owns a mechanic shop and knows how long and approximately how much this service should cost. Unfortunately, with my son in college a few hours away, he was forced to go somewhere locally. I’ve brought my cars here a few times. Service has always been slow, but the front desk employee was consistently friendly (he even let me use his office once when he noticed me working in the waiting area). Unfortunately, my latest experience for a routine brake job was a complete breakdown in organization and communication. I dropped my vehicle off around 2:00 PM on Friday, expecting it to be ready by Saturday afternoon. They are awesome, looked like they were her to help more than just business. Staff is amazing, went above and beyond to help. They do free pre-purchase inspections too.
Excellent shop to bring your vehicle for repairs. Trustworthy, prompt, and reliable.
A very nice waiting room with pretty good amenities. I felt that the price was a bit high though.
