I was pretty agitated that when I showed up at my 530 appointment Monday 6/18/26 there was no mechanic available to do my inspection. Apparently theres a call center issue that puts people in time slots that aren't available. FIX IT! I list over time for 2 days because you have a system problem.
I came to Monro Auto because of the high reviews, but now leaving 1 star. I went on vacation, dropped my car off on 6/1 to get fluids changed, cabin & air filter change, oil change, & to get my ac freon recharged (ac blows hot air/possible leak). I talked to the mechanic on June 2nd and 3rd, he said they would run the dye and see if I have a leak as well as charge my freon & the other services. Cool, great, price was agreed on.
