Not a good place for car repairs

Scheduled an online appointment for 1030. Upon arrival there were 6 cars in the six bays. After a brief discussion I was told to return at noon. Returned at noon to wait ~30 minutes before car was pulled in to a bay. Short time later I was asked to follow mechanic into the garage. Mechanic showed me the estimate if $650 to replace the muffler. Muffler was ~$425. ABSOLUTE rip off. Had the car removed from the lift and left, never to return again. Went to Pete's Auto Parts.
