Excellent service
Tony the manager of this location has a certain synergy with his staff that I haven't seen in all my 30yrs of dealing with monro. His staff AND customers are happy with the service they receive. I live .10 miles from the colonie monro but drive to Albany for the service I get there!!! Tony and his crew deserve more than 5 stars. I could go on for hrs about my positive experiences with this location but TRUST me, it the place to bring your vehicle for fair and honest service.

THESE GUYS ARE DYNAMITE DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! THE GUYS THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! They diagnosed the problem, actually showed me what was wrong with my vehicle and DID NOT try to overcharge for work that didn't need to be done. 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Their customer service is amazing. Tony is great! I had a headlight I needed fixed. They got me right in and fixed the headlight fast. I was there for about 5 minutes.
