On September 3rd, I replaced the new brake pads and brake discs at your store. When I drove out, I heard a strange noise. I informed the staff at your store, who told me that since it was new, it needed to be broken in. However, that night when I was driving on the highway, the brake caliper fell off. I requested an oil change with conventional oil. It came with synthetic and a $17 oil filter. It also claimed to include a free inspection, etc... but there were no service suggestions, not notes. I feel that I was taken advantage of.
Great service. They were able to take without an appointment on a Sunday morning, fixed the problem that had suddenly come up, and got me back on the road in 2.5 hours. I was impressed with their service orientation. Highly recommend.
