The woman coordinating service was inviting an extremely friendly. Although they were very busy, they got the work done, efficiently and quickly.
Monro in Glenmont is my new go to shop for brakes and tires. The customer service at this location is top notch!! The employees are so nice and genuinely care about their customers. They didn't try to sell me anything I did not need. Just pure honesty and that I only needed back brakes. I had an appointment, they don't overbook, and had my tire rotation and new back brakes on and done. Special shout out to Krystal!! Never going there again. Terrible customer service. They acted like I was disturbing their day by asking what they did to my car. Explained things in a language that was not easy to understand (used a bunch of mechanic terms to describe what was wrong. Expected me to diagnose my problems better then I did. There's a reason I brought my car to them to be looked at because I'm no mechanic my self)Try to sell me things I don't need such as brakes and rotors. The staff kept me informed of progress on my repair, and the repair was timely & within expected time frame. Staff was very friendly as well. They recently upgraded the chairs in the waiting area which is very welcome (and was much needed), so that is appreciated. One simple & huge improvement they could make is to add a couple of power strips so that people can charge their computers or phones while they are waiting.
