I stopped in to get My car inspected. The manager Ricky was very professional. He stopped eating his lunch to get my car done. He also gave me some pizza. It's nice to go somewhere to have car work done and end up having lunch with the manager. Thank you Rick for taking care of the elderly.
This place was amazing! Chodie was so kind and helpful. Got me in right away. Rosa did my inspection thoroughly and in no time. I was surprised how honest they were, as I was expecting to have a repair or sales pitch since my inspection was over due. I’m so happy and will be back.
I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change and inspection with the understanding that I would wait while the service was performed. I was given an appointment for 12:00 PM, but later received a text message confirming it for 4:00 PM. After multiple attempts to reach the shop, I finally confirmed by phone that my appointment was indeed set for 12:00 PM. I had an emergency on the Friday afternoon of Labor Day weekend. My car needed a new alternator and literally stopped running at the shop. The manager at Monroe in Henrietta, NY went out if his way to help me, even working overtime on the Friday before a holiday weekend to ensure that I could get my car on the road safely and return home. Excellent first class service!!!!! Thank you!!!
