Helpful and useful service. I like honest and reasonable cost.
I made an online appointment days in advance to have an inspection. I got the confirmation number and everything. The day of the inspection comes and they guy tells me that they don't do inspections on sunday and how there's no inspectors. He also explained how this issue has happened before with other customers. So basically I just went out my way for nothing...fix your system.
The Monro service on W. Henrietta Rd. is amazing. There is a tough young man who is handling the shop completely by himself, and he did it with a smile on his face, and steady determination. Unbelievable that he needs to work by himself. Five stars!
Either these guys put new oil with old oil or they over filled it. Either way, when I went to Valvoline for my oil change, they pulled way too much oil from my car. I hope that there isn't any damage to my engine because of this.
Blew a tire while on huing trip and the guy who helped us went above and beyond. He didn't have a tire for us, but he called around and offered to change our spare (which we didn't have).Great customer service.
