Sunday morning with a nail in the tire and an air line flight pending. Tire fixed in record time. These folks rock!!
Went in to get my A/C fixed and my oil changed. Paid over $400 and learned no one actually fixed my A/C; they don't even have anyone certified to do that there. They directed me to another nearby shop that helped me find out I got scammed. So, that's cool. At least they did the oil change. Edit: talked to more customers and found out this place has a history of lying and botched fixes for over 20 years. Give a local mechanic your money instead.
Unable to work on my national fleet vehicle due to incompetence of the front counter employee. After the vehicle was there for 8hrs and they could not figure out how to bill or get approval from the fleet company that all other monros use with no problem. I was told never to bring my vehicle back. Called the district manger Tim Gifford never received a call back. This place has no idea how to run a shop. They were rude and had music blasting out of the shop. Very unprofessional.
Absolutely shameful. I've had bad experiences at other MONRO locations but this is a new low and the last time I'll ever visit one of their locations. Here is a timeline of events for my visit to this particular location: Day 1 at ~10:30am: I drop my car off for its appointment, which was scheduled online for a 9a-11a dropoff window. I scheduled an appointment for a break service and state inspection on 7/02, instead I had the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any customer service / auto mechanic job. I waited for 5 days to pick up my car with no inspection completed but was still charged for it. They kept ordering the wrong parts but also telling me to come in and that it’s ready.
