Great place. Super friendly and helpful. Quickly able to schedule an apt and service was quick.
I had a low tire and the manager came out in the parking lot and said my tire was unrepairable and also said I needed to replace another tire too for some odd reason. I have Acura tire and wheel package so I told the old man to put the donut tire on there. Acura had a tire in stock but they tested my tire and there was nothing wrong with it. Wasted half a Saturday. Don’t trust this place.
I had an unrepairable puncture in my tire on a Saturday and was wound-up over it. Gary was very kind and it turned my whole weekend around. Was rolling on a new tire in less than 30 minutes.
Came in for an oil change. Wouldn't honor my caradvise discount. Even though they get paid the full price. I pay a portion and caradvise pays the rest. Disrespectful employee gave my husband attitude saying I don't pay $38 for full synthetic at Honda when I do. Saying that I won't void my warranty by not using an ase mechanic. I will. $129 for an oil change at a non ase certified mechanic shop connected to a gas station. What a rip off. And when the conversation didn't go the employees way, they were even more disrespectful.... read more
Wow! Jerry is amazing, he found the root issue with my AC that I've been trying to deal with for over a year now. He was so thorough with his explanation and I really understood the problem. He gave me next best steps and his opinion which was invaluable to me as a not car smart human. He's also beyond kind and hey, the price was great!
