Joe is great. The team explains the issues and options and recommendations. My two complaints are it is hard to talk directly with the shop. I have to go through a call center, even though I called the local number, and the alignment machine doesn't work
I have had good experiences with this place however it has declined recently. Booked to get tires installed an an alignment, on arrival fir my scheduled time I got told that they were going on lunch and that I would have to wait longer for my tires, and that the alignment bay was ‘down’ but I was not told this until arriving at my appointment. Honestly there was just a Porsche parked in the alignment bay. They didn’t or couldn’t move. I will not be going there again.
Excellent service and always available when needed.
Joe and the team and Monroe were great!
Joe helped me out and got all work done quickly and covered under a limited warranty 10/10
