Joe and staff are excellent. They are honest about what repairs needed to be done to my vehicle. The parts were ordered in a timely manner and my car was ready the next day. Thank you all. I will continue to bring my car here for service! Helpful suggestion: when you call their number use option 2 to bypass the call center and that will allow you to speak directly to the store.
Joe and staff are very helpful and polite. It’s good to note the when you call in order to bypass the call center you need to hit Option 2 to get to the store.
Hard to understand the person I scheduled the appointment with because they were off shore and had a thick accent. All the information I provided on the phone when setting up the appointment I had to provide to the shop when I got there. Seems like a wast of time. William at the shop was awesome; however, it was very expensive for the work that was performed. That’s why I gave them 1 star.
Lets start this off with *The dodge failed emissions with cat codes and evap leaks ect * .. soooo i called up monroe.... the nitro makes its way into the garage & up onto a lift.. upon further inspection with his handy dandy mag-light quickly noticed its completely missing the canister too 💀 .... buttt folks- we round out this adventure of me almost tossing in the towel & almost summoning chuck n Eddie's to haul her to the bone yard with replacing the cats, 2 o2 censors, canister & muffler....
