Tire replacement took three days. Added hazard coverage to invoice even when explicitly told not to do so.
Excellent Service
If I could give zero I would. Took my car for oil change and wheel alignment. Started to drive home after and it clearly wasn’t aligned. Called immediately and brought it back. Still not done. But while I’m paying they claim I needed other services! You can’t even handle the one I asked for! AND tacked on an extra charge that I have no idea what is for a battery maintenance! I didn’t ask you to check my battery! NEVER AGAIN
To whom it may concern, Although I’ve had difficulty with this company in the past, they have turned a new leaf. LED by Tye the store manager, this place is now a great store. You can tell that Tye really cares about his shop! I recommend visiting this place if you are in the local area and need work done on your car. Thanks Tye! Mike
