The team at the Monro in Cheshire is great. They are understaffed but bust their asses off. The head guy stayed late to make sure my car was done and then after closing time was still dealing and helping with customers to make sure they were taken care of. You don’t find that type of customer service anymore
This location is in the great spot that it's in now because of the manager Mark. He is professional, informative, polite and treats everyone with the upmost respect. He does a great job on our car each time I bring it in for an oil change. I had stopped going to Monro a year or two ago because of the poor management, basically they didn't care. Mark has restored value to the Cheshire location and you could tell the impact that he has on the business as they were packed this past Saturday.
Appointment on at 7:30 am Saturday promised at 5pm.. I had to call them for updates on my car to find out that they were not going to be done by close as promised Had to wait till noon on Monday for them to do what should have been a 5 hour job Very disappointed in the service received from this location
Exceptional service at Monro Auto Service! I brought my Polestar 2 in for a full tire replacement, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Mark, the manager, went above and beyond — super friendly, honest, and made sure everything was done right. He kept me updated during the whole process and really took care of my car like it was his own. It’s rare to find service this attentive and professional nowadays. Highly recommend Mark and the team at this Monro location. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I scheduled an appointment to get tires installed that I purchased through Tire Rack. The answering service scheduled my appointment for 9 a.m. All of the communication leading up to the appointment said 8 a.m. I thought there was a mix-up, but it was late and nothing I could do. I arrived just after 8 a.m. for the appointment and I was told no one was around for about an hour to handle the installation and that my appointment was for between 8 and 9.
