Service tech Raheem was efficient, easy to communicate with, and has a demeanor that made me super confident in the product choices he recommended for me. It was an actual pleasure shopping for tires.
This place is great! Had a flat on my way to work and the manager at the front desk worked fast to get me in and even stayed late to put it on for me. I'd give him and this location 10 stars if I could!
I needed to replace a headlight, on a Friday night. I went to O'Reilly's and when I bought the light, I was asked whether I needed help with installation. Why not, yes. As the install was going on, Gabe had closed Monro and came to see his Confederates at O'Reilly. The wires on the light harness detached. Gabe told me to come at O900 Saturday AM.
