Always great service and professional work by the mechanic and the whole service team
Initially called the store only to be sent to a service center. Asked to be redirected to the store but there was no one available at the desk. Then asked about walk-in alignments, the man on the phone said 'yes'. Once at the physical store, no one is at the desk and there's a line of people in the waiting area. Once a staff comes in, stated that usually could do walk-in alignments but can't today because short staff. There's literally one mechanic.
