Don't use this place to have tires installed. They overcharged me on several things. I have a truck that is older and no longer requires an emissions inspection. They charged me $21.00 for NYS inspection. $10 .00 was all they should have charged. Also upon tire install they charged $20.00 for TPMS service. My truck doesn't have any of these sensors. I have been working with this business for a number of years, great service, nice people, reasonable price!!
Monroe was very affordable in the customer service. They were very nice and kind and generous to put my schedule to work with my schedule and the tires were installed. They even offered the balancing option with additional 149.
I worked for years in Chester and always used the Monro there for repairs, etc. Now that I'm in Middletown, I decided to use the location on Dolson Avenue in Middletown last July. Totally miserable experience, poor customer service, over 3 hours of waiting to have tires put on even though they weren't very busy and the employees seemed like they wanted to quit.
