Zero stars. Don’t waste your time; unless you want to stay 2.5 hours watching one person to switch BOTH rear tires. All I gotta say. The person working on the car was just distracted the entire time and put no care into the work. No work ethic. Disgusting.
Pricing online was completely different from what was provided at the time of service. Rep also refused to provide me with the tire rotation that was supposed to be included with the service
They just tried to sell my elderly mother a brake set replacement for $1700. After getting a second and third opinion, it was found that the work can be done for $1000 less at a local shop. Don't trust this establishment.
I dare you to come here and get your car worked on! Seriously, I DARE you! The 4.5 stars that google has is very deceiving. I experienced the absolute worst car service I have ever received in my 54 years on this earth! Long story! I'll try to shorten it as much as possible.
