Came in for a flat repair. Other than taking an extremely long time, the repair was fine. When I got home, I noticed a large dent and multiple scratches in the rim of the tire this shop had just worked on. Took it back the next day and of course, no one had any idea what happened. Tried to speak with the manager, who said almost the same thing word for word. Almost like they have a script for this sort of thing.. When I first saw all the reviews some were even unbelievable. I bought a set of four tires through tire mart and had them delivered to this facility. Once they were there I made appointments for them to be installed and every time I went to it they needed for me to leave the car so I rescheduled to their earliest apt on Monday when I showed up there were no cars in the bays but still there was an excuse of either leaving the vehicle or rescheduling again. Zero stars. Don’t waste your time; unless you want to stay 2.5 hours watching one person to switch BOTH rear tires. All I gotta say. The person working on the car was just distracted the entire time and put no care into the work. No work ethic. Disgusting.
Pricing online was completely different from what was provided at the time of service. Rep also refused to provide me with the tire rotation that was supposed to be included with the service
