Highly recommend! We pulled in right at closing on Saturday night, in a downpour, and Cameron was incredibly helpful in getting us back on the road quickly. Our car's splash shield under the front of the car had come detatched and we had been dragging it for miles down the highway (couldn't tell because the rain was so loud). We were about an hour from home, 6pm on a Saturday night. Cameron stayed after closing to quickly get our splash shield zip-tied up and get us back on the road. Ryan was awesome! He inspected my car in a timely manner and showed me exactly what was wrong with it. The price was great as well. I dropped off my car in the morning and got it back before noon! I’m definitely taking my car here from now on.
Started off as a great experience, after my first 2-3 visits. Reasonable prices, fast service, friendly people. Until the most recent time I took my vehicle in (Sept 2025) which will be my last. Took it in for a tire bulge, after buying 4 brand new tires from this same location 20,000 miles earlier. Was told 3/4 tires had an “impact break” in the tire. Irritated that the lifetime warranty doesn’t cover this and they blamed it on Michigan roads. I’ve never had tires last only 20,000 miles, especially ones rated for 60,000 mil... read more
