Thank you Jose for being so helpful, quick and nice.
My sister bought 4 new tires and got the warranty, but on Monday when we went to request the warranty for one of the tires, they told us that she first had to make an appointment. The tire had screws in it, and we mentioned that it was going to go flat, but they didn’t say anything. The next day the tire went flat, so we took it to the shop and they said they would check if they had it in stock and would call us if anything. Now it’s Thursday, and we haven’t received any call.
