I had booked an appointment the day prior for an oil change and wheel alignment, anywhere between 7:30 am - 11:30 am. I followed up with a phone call asking if I show up first thing in the morning if I can have the vehicle back by the end of the day. The employee told me to arrive for 8 am. I arrived at 8 am on 9/19/26 and to my surprise the place was closed. Be very careful. I went here some years ago and they did something to my engine that caused my car to shake violently. I went to another shop and they found the air hose that connects to the engine was disconnected. The people who found it brought me in to show me that it was done intentionally. I never went back. Horrible people!
I went to Monro muffler on West Main Street to replace the oxygen sensor bank 2 sensor 1 on my 2010 Nissan Maxima and I had a very pleasant experience because Matt, Skylar and David were very personable and professional. I stopped here asking for help because my car run out of oil and they said they can’t do Nothing because they were busy and about to Close to come another day , I was 45 minutes away from home and had no idea how to put oil on the car myself . Thankfully I went to autozone and valvine and they helped out so I can make it back home safe .
