About a year ago, I took my car here because I needed an oil change and my muffler was rattling so I assumed something needed replaced. They were honest and told me it was only my heat shield that needed tightened. They did it for no cost and even did a check up on the rest of my car. I was really pleased with the service and the convenience of the online booking. Their prices are definitely ridiculous on oil changes. Sorry, but get real! I won’t be back.
I've brought a couple different vehicles to this Monro over the past 4 or 5 years, and even though I don't live in Morgantown anymore, I still try to make it down there for my oil changes. I of course expected prices to increase over the past months, especially due to Covid, but not double! I've always paid $30 something (no more than $40) but this last time I was in, I was charged $82 for the exact same oil change on the exact same vehicle.
