Tirechoice told me they were quote "99% sure" my car needed a new starter. Got a 2nd opinion at another shop and not only did it not need a starter but Tirechoice would've charged 400 dollars more than the other. Do not get scammed by them!
Made an appointment few days ahead for an oil change and new tires. Left work early to get there and was told I’d have to reschedule because they didn’t have the right oil filter or tires. Tires I can maybe understand but what is the point of entering the make and model of your car if you’re not going to have parts ahead of time? I had even rescheduled it from a previous appointment because their car lift stopped working which I totally understood but they knew very well in advance.
Tried this place and would never go back. Rude service, incomplete job and upsold into something because I was told they couldn’t do what I scheduled
