The office was dirty and covered in salt, reeked of oil & grease (is it going on the floors instead of in the cars?) with a TV that had volume going in and out and a screen that had too much glare to be seen, it was a form of torture. I get it, it's a car shop, but the waiting area at Tire Choice on Troy Pike that you stupidly closed was always clean and pleasant enough to wait in.
