I went in Thursday night, and was asked if I could return in the morning for a oil change, and reset my car, because in April the mechanic forgot to after the last pil change. No problem, but when I arrived a Joe at Huber Heights started telling me that my car was reset in April. Then he can't locate my car in the system. I went outside and got the paperwork from the last oil change. Poor customer service Tech refused to put the spare tire back under truck
Our brakes started making a grinding noise on Saturday and on Sunday the guys at Tire Choice in Huber Heights on Brandt Pk got us in and out quickly with new brakes, rotors and bearings. Thank you for the fast and great service!
Called and made an appointment with a call service, when I got there they said they couldn’t do my brakes because my regular sized truck wouldn’t fit on their lifts? Wasted trip.
