Hello, I called this store only to be answered by Chris with a rude attitude talking about some “ HELLO.” Look I know we all have bad days but learn to be professional, L Chris fr . Won’t be coming here all it took was 10 seconds on a phone call 😂
Chris is a great worker. We use him for our car/truck needs.
Got appointment for 1pm, was there a few minutes early. Car wasn't taken in until 1:35. Brought for tire repair but figured they wouldn't due to where it was. Ended up with same tire I had bought all 4 in January but it was considerably higher. Had no choice, had to do it
The call center scheduled an appointment for me where I drive a Chrysler Town and Country. I show up to drop off my car and they tell me that they don’t carry the oil I use (520) and to try somewhere else. I am super irritated because why schedule me when you don’t carry a very common oil and they also said before that that it would be 120 dollars. Like the guy that worked there isn’t the problem but it’s the unprofessionalism of scheduling me on my off day and I arrange someone to pick me up and y’all can’t even get your sh... read more
