I'm definitely not happy with the 2 front tires. I specifically told the person behind the counter that I wanted the same exact tires with the white letters to match my back tires. Instead they installed black wall tires. Now I'm driving with mix matched tires. We even had a conversation about it, in how my truck looks better with white letters. The person at the front when I walked in did not speak he was on the phone but didn’t say one moment I’ll be right with you. The service was done in time though. Customer service needs to be much better.

I came in with a rattling and shaking vehicle and left with a quiet smooth driving car. Alex was very helpful and friendly. He showed me everything that was wrong with my vehicle and explained what parts do what. As a woman this was very helpful, I will definitely be coming back in the future.
