Slow, expensive... The pricing for what you get is ridiculously high. Oil changes are priced higher than any place around. I don't trust these people at all. My TPMS was not reset and won't reset itself, even at proper pressure and driving, so now I need to go to a dealer... Because Tire Choice technicians suck so bad at their jobs. The problem is, all the local places have been bought up by Monro so we're all screwed now. 0 stars is warranted, but Google requires 1.
Ethan was amazing and friendly and helpful. The prices were good. However half of their equipment was broken and couldn't be used, and this is the second time that's happened and they lost my reservation, and the persons in front of me. They did fit me in though. Ethan gets five stars
Would not recommend. Went in for new tires. My car has a keyed lug nut on each axle. Not only did the shop over torque the tires down. They destroyed the key that is used to take the keyed lug nut off. After finding out, stopped back into the shop to show them what happened. The person at the counter said there was nothing they could do and that the keys become damaged over time. My key was 8 years old and I have never had a problem with it.
