I had a great experience at Tire Choice today! I came in as a walk-in for an oil change, and they were able to get me taken care of without any hassle. Plugged a tire for me. Fast and efficient. Took me right away.
Everything started off fine. I brought wheels in to have the tires dismounted, new tires put on, balanced, and new valve stems. I was called at the job was finished. While loading them up I noticed they weren't balanced, I asked the worker about it and he said the balancer broke 1 hour before I came in. They didn't offer up this information until I noticed the tires hadn't been balanced. They then sent me to their sister location to get them balanced.
