This place was amazing. I hit something on the turnpike on the way to pick up my grandchildren at a dental appt. My tire pressure light came on alerting me . I'm from southern portage co and didn't know the area but googled tire repair places and they came up. I detoured there to get tire checked before getting my grandchildren. They assessed my tire, showed me what hit the tire, and repaired it. My daughter had to drop my grandchildren there because she had to get to hospital. Always very successful appointments. Never have to wait too long for an date and time.
I like this place because they let me bring my own oil and filter. However my experience last time was subpar. The biggest issue was the underskirt clips for the oil filter not being put back. This caused the underskirt to flap on the highway. When I came back the next morning to ask for the clips, I was told to come back at 2: 00pm even though he confirmed it's only a 10-minute job. He also stated the Auto manufacturers put way too many clips on and regardless if that is true (and I will agree) It's a fact that it presented... read more
